「野柳石光-夜訪女王」以夜間觀賞奇石地景，營造野柳夜間浪漫光環境為活動主軸，規劃具主題故事之光影互動及特效，搭配藝文表演、環境教育、地景保育課程等系列活動，結合周邊產業共同參與，形塑活動獨一無二與永續的價值，帶動野柳周邊觀光產值。活動藉由各種管道宣傳，並邀請國際地質公園成員共同參與，將活動推廣至國際旅遊市場，增加活動知名度亦深化野柳地質公園的國際品牌價值與無可取代的旅遊地意象。
