Yehliu Night Tours Wins Double Gold at the 2025 MUSE Creative Awards

The 2025 Yehliu Night Tours: See the Queen’s Head Illuminated at Night, organized by the North Coast & Guanyinshan National Scenic Area Administration, has won Double Gold at the 2025 MUSE Creative Awards, celebrating the perfect fusion of Yehliu’s unique geological landscape with immersive light and shadow art. This international honor once again brings Yehliu’s natural wonders to the global stage.

Hosted by the International Awards Associate (IAA) in the United States, the MUSE Creative Awards are among the world’s most prestigious recognitions in creativity and design, drawing thousands of entries from across the globe each year. Yehliu Night Tours stood out in two categories: Event – Cultural and Experiential & Immersive – Interactive Outdoor Event, highlighting the park’s stunning geological formations and its growing potential for nighttime tourism.

Since its debut in 2018, Yehliu Night Tours has combined Yehliu’s iconic natural scenery with artistic light shows. This year’s theme, “The Queen’s Transformation,” focused on the site’s geological features while integrating creations by artists and local schoolchildren, creating an immersive experience that blended technology, art, and landscape. Visitors were able to enjoy Yehliu’s irreplaceable charm under a magical nighttime atmosphere.

According to Director Chen Yu-chuan of the North Coast & Guanyinshan National Scenic Area Administration, the event represents both a rediscovery of Yehliu’s natural and cultural treasures and an important step in presenting Taiwan tourism to the world. Looking ahead, the Administration plans to continue innovating with artistic night experiences, using light shows and environmental design to encourage longer visits, boost the local nighttime economy, and bring greater value to Taiwan’s tourism industry.

The Highly Anticipated “2025Yehliu Night Tours: See the Queen’s Head Illuminated at Night”
will illuminate Yehliu Geopark from June 28 (Sat.) to July 13 (Sun.), 2025, nightly from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

Organized by the North Coast and Guanyinshan National Scenic Area Administration under the Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, this year’s event is themed “Aesthetics of Geological Landscapes”, merging art, creativity, and technology to present the breathtaking rock formations of Yehliu Geopark in a whole new light.

At the iconic Queen’s Head area, the highlight installation “Queen’s Runway – A Glamorous Transformation” features a first-ever collaboration between renowned Taiwanese artists and local elementary and junior high school students. Together, they bring an imaginative fusion of Yehliu’s natural beauty and artistic expression. We invite domestic and international visitors to Yehliu this summer for this limited-time, magical light and art experience!

"Yehliu Night Tours: See the Queen’s Head Illuminated at Night for Its 7th Year with a New Artistic Twist!

The North Coast and Guanyinshan National Scenic Area Administration (NCGNSA) announced that the 2025 edition of Yehliu Stone Light: Night Visit to the Queen will focus on the unique geological features of Yehliu Geopark, reducing the number of lighting installations to better emphasize the irreplaceable beauty of the natural landscape. A key highlight this year is the first-ever integration of artistic creation in the Queen’s Head zone. Centered around the theme “The Queen in My Eyes”, the exhibit features imaginative paintings co-created by renowned artists and local elementary and junior high school students, expressing their personal vision and emotional connection to the Queen’s Head. This project injects fresh artistic energy into Yehliu, presenting a dazzling “Queen’s Costume Showcase.”

✨ Beyond the light displays, this year’s program is richer than ever, featuring:

On June 28–29, July 4–6, and July 11–13 (evenings only), Yehliu Geopark will host a special night market showcasing six signature brands from the Crown Coast Tourism Union:

Held on July 1–3 and July 8–10 from 7 PM to 8 PM, these live seaside performances offer a romantic and soothing atmosphere with gentle ocean breezes and beautiful melodies, adding musical elegance to Yehliu’s summer nights.
